It works great. We thought it was our cigarette lighter but it was the cord.

Bought this on the positive reviews. I then took it on a 5,000 mile trek in my truck and was very amazed and pleased on its performance. Looking forward to taking this on my pontoon boat and camping be it in my camper or truck. Shared it and its performance with everyone i met to include family members. I used both the refrigerator and freezer settings and the unit did what was made for. Thank you for a great product.

Did not ever receive product .and needed that item real bad so I could use the dual fridge it was sent to post office instead of address I put on order .very unhappy with service and responses ...

The pin broke on the lid of my Alpicool refrigerator. It was easy ordering a new lid on the Alpicool website. The Lid showed up in a few days, and was a perfect copy of the old part.

Working efficiently, fits half gallon of milk or wine bottle and easy to tote around. Wishing it came with battery and also what kind of battery to purchase and where.

Started as it should. Controls are operative. Seems to hold temperature between 34/37 when set at 34. No spoilage. Lid works well. Quiet as a mouse. I’m a happy camper!

I had a big mess up on my shipping address when I submitted the order. The Alpicool team took care of it via email and sorted it all out with no shipping delays. Very happy with everything.

Not a review of the product but of the customer service. We had trouble identifying the power socket for my 5 year old C20 fridge/freezer. Turns out the only one available was for the current products. But that was sent promptly and Carmen included a link to a vid showing how to remove and replace the socket. Being handy with tools and a life long "fixer of broken things", I repaired and reinstalled my broken socket which should get me back home. Once there, or when the temporary repair fails, I'll modify the opening to make the current socket fit and modify the wire connections to fit the wider blades. Then I expect the fridge will last at least another 5 years. Probably more.

We bought our Alpicool fridge/freezer combo a few years ago. It has held up well for us. We stay off grid, mainly in the Arizona desert for a month or two at a time. The frig works very well with moderate temps but struggles a bit when camper gets hot (>100). But all things considered it has been a money saver for us. No more regular coolers or going into the nearest town every 3 days for ice! it will keep ice cream and freeze non frozen items. However, it is not a regular home frig so may take longer to come to freeze items, especially when not turned on to precool ahead of time. I usually throw in a couple of pre-frozen items when first powering it up so that it cools off quicker. Love this frig!!

Amazing fridge with poor marketing. The best "overland" fridge on the market by leaps and bounds. I own several Alpicools, with one that has been running nonstop for over 3 years. The TAW35 is a dual zone 37 quart fridge that has some amazing features. Like all 12v dual zone fridges it runs off 12v DC, but.... but... it can also accept a lithium battery as well that you can purchase off aliexpress! It will charge internally so when your vehicle stops powering the 12v accessory outlet, it'll keep running for quite a few hours. It also has a built-in solar controller that can accept up to 40v input for both running the fridge and charging the battery. It also has built-in bluetooth for use with the standard "CARFRIDGEFREEZER" app that works with all Alpicool fridges regardless if they advertise it or not. Couldn't pass it up with their huge BF sale. I wish they would market better, people are paying 2x-3x more for fridges that are vastly inferior. As of 11/23... this is the only "overland" fridge on the market with a battery and solar controller and NOBODY knows about it.

it looks like it will hold up pretty well, i barely heard the compressor kick in during the night.
